శ్రీ వేంకటేశ్వర ప్రపత్తి నుంచి ఒక శ్లోకం- అర్దంతో

prāyaḥ prapanna janatā prathamāvagāhyau
mātuḥ stanāviva śiśo ramṛtāyamāṇau |
prāptau paraspara tulā matulāntarau te
śrīveṅkaṭeśa caraṇau śaraṇaṃ prapadye ||

O Lord Venkatesawara!
I seek refuge of Thy feet
which are to be seen at first
by the people that salute (them),
which are nectar-like
as the mother's breasts are to the baby,
which can be compared to each other,
and which are incomparable to anything else.

Srutis emphatically declare: “This Atman cannot be obtained by weak persons.” Sincere aspirants dedicate their whole being to contemplation of the Eternal, having withdrawn their affection from the world of sense-objects. Those who have destroyed the Vasanas and host of habitual thoughts will enjoy their final beatitude in the Brahmic seat, replete with trust, quiescence and equality. They will have equal vision over all. This mischievous and powerful mind generates all pains and all fears, all sorts of diversities, heterogeneity, distinctions and dualities and destroys all noble, spiritual wealth. Slay this troublesome mind.

వైవాహిక జీవితం - స్వామి సచ్చిదానంద బోధ

Real marriage is when two people agree on one goal or purpose in life. God has given us two eyes to see as one. In the same way, partners are two, but you should see as one. The two minds are the two eyes. You should have one goal, and, toward that goal, you should both go like the two wings of the same bird or two orders of the same boat.
